01Who can apply as a referral partner?
Anyone with a trusted personal or professional network can apply. You do not need previous real estate experience. Applications are reviewed personally, and participation is confirmed before any potential client is introduced.
02How do I introduce a potential client?
First, complete the partner application. Once approved, contact me before sharing the client’s information. The potential client should know about the introduction and agree to be contacted. This protects everyone’s privacy and makes the source of the introduction clear.
03How is my referral reward calculated?
The reward can be up to 25% of the net commission I receive from an eligible completed transaction. The exact percentage and conditions are confirmed in writing for each accepted introduction before work begins, so both sides understand the arrangement.
04When is the referral reward paid?
The reward is arranged only after the property transaction has completed and the corresponding commission has been received by the brokerage. Timing can vary depending on the property, developer, payment schedule and agreed referral terms.
05What locations and properties can I refer?
You may introduce buyers and investors interested in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and selected international opportunities that I am actively working with. I will confirm whether the enquiry is eligible and whether I can support the client’s specific requirement.
06How is the introduction tracked?
Every accepted introduction is registered with your details. I keep you informed at appropriate stages while respecting the client’s privacy. A referral is not considered registered until I have confirmed it with you personally.
Referral rewards are subject to written agreement, eligibility, applicable requirements and a successfully completed transaction.
